Meet Team Rubber Neck. You're in good hands!

Rubber Neck Signs is a family-owned sign business based in Oxnard, California. We design, print and install at our own facility so we can control the quality of the product and ensure your satisfaction. Our printers offer innovative technology and produce stunning graphics.

Our goal is to help others build their businesses through effective advertising and branding. One quick, easy and affordable way to do this is with signs. Simply put, the more places people see your name and logo, the more recognizable your brand will become. Rubber Neck Signs can help you brand your business, from concept to installation.

Steven Ralphs, Founder

Steven is a mastermind, a problem solver and a born engineer. He thrives on the fast paced, sometimes technical, always creative office environment and loves helping clients grow through unique marketing strategies. He enjoys spending time with his family (which includes three dogs and a bossy cat) and checking out the craft beer at the local breweries!

Jennifer Mintz, Co-Founder

Jenni is a high-energy branding expert who loves being a part of her community, cooking, running, reading, and watching football. Jenni is an alum of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and fun fact, she’s also a hula-hooping champion! (Yes, that’s a real thing.)
