Corrugated Plastic: Also known as Coroplast, corrugated plastic is ideal for temporary lawn signs such as For Sale or political signage. The material is like a plastic cardboard. It is lightweight, rain resistant, and can be printed in bright, fade-resistant colors. Coroplast signs can be easily assembled and disassembled, mounted on an H-shaped wire stand. Coroplast is also easy to shape and is available in white, red, black, green, yellow, light blue, dark blue, orange, ivory and opaque white. Thickness is typically 4 mm, but it is also available in 10 mm in white.

PVC: PVC is a rigid, lightweight foam with a fine closed cell structure and smooth matte finish on both sides. Sign panels are available in a variety of thickness, from 1 mm to 25 mm. One of the most commonly used is 3 mm, or 1/8” thick, for real estate signs and lawn signs with a steel post. Price is based on the thickness, size and color. PVC is available in white, black, yellow, blue, green, gray and red.

Aluminum Sign Panels: Aluminum sign panels are constructed with either square corners or rounded corners and painted with your color of choice on one side and white on the other. Aluminum sign panels are used for permanent sign applications, such as road signs and parking signs.

Plywood/Painted MDO Sign Panel: Ideal for large construction signs, plywood/painted MDO sign panels are durable, scratch and moisture resistant, with a UV cured white urethane acrylic top coating. The substrate is available in 1/2-inch thick and 3/4-inch thick.

Foam Core: Foam core is clay coated paper with foam centers, engineered to retain its thickness during mounting. Foam core is highly warp resistant and is available in 3/16-inch thick and 1/2-inch thick.
